Individual Therapy
Life doesn't always unfold the way we expect. Whether you're grieving a loss, navigating a major life transition, struggling in your relationships, or feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected, therapy can offer a place to slow down, make sense of what you're experiencing, and reconnect with yourself.
I work with adults—especially those in midlife—who are facing challenges such as:
Grief and loss
Life transitions
Anxiety and depression
Relationship struggles
Burnout and overwhelm
Perfectionism and chronic shame
Low self-worth
Emotional disconnection
Whether these struggles are connected to trauma, attachment patterns, neurodivergence, or simply a difficult season of life, therapy can help you better understand yourself and move forward with greater clarity and self-compassion.
My Approach
My work is relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in curiosity and compassion. Together, we'll explore the patterns that have shaped your life while building new ways of relating to yourself and others.
I integrate evidence-based psychotherapy with mindfulness and, when it aligns with your values, insights from Buddhist psychology. You don't need to have any interest in Buddhism to benefit from this approach—our work is always centered on your goals, experiences, and what feels most supportive for you. I also pull from Internal Family Systems, Attachment Theory, and Somatic Experiencing.
