My approach is warm, relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in the belief that healing happens when we are met with curiosity, compassion, and genuine attunement.

My work is holistic and body-aware, drawing from somatic therapy, mindfulness, parts work, Gestalt, and traditional talk therapy.
