Relationship can really bring up our “stuff,” and with that can come meaningful, healing moments and really painful ones.

It is normal to encounter difficulties in your relationship! And reaching out for support is an opportunity to better get to know your partner and yourself.

We can all benefit from learning more sustainable and secure practices when it comes to partnership.

How does it work?

My work mostly pulls from the PACT model which is an experiential therapy that applies attachment theory, developmental neuroscience, and understanding our nervous system.

Together with your partner you will begin to explore ways of cultivating safety and security with one another. You will expand your skills in caring for one another through conflict and begin to create clear agreements in your relationship.
