In my Boulder-based practice, I offer a grounded, compassionate space where you can begin to slow down, listen inward, and heal at your own pace.

My approach is integrative and body-based. I draw from somatic therapy, parts work (like IFS), mindfulness, Gestalt, DBT, and CBT. Always tailored to meet you where you are. Whether we’re tending to attachment wounds, supporting your nervous system, or making space for long-held grief, I bring warmth, clarity, and deep respect for your inner process.
