I specialize in working with folks who want to gain the skills and tools to better function in their lives. Whether we are addressing anxieties, depression, grief, or relationship challenges a lot of what we’re working with can draw back to the relationship we have with ourselves.

It can be so easy to show up for others, yet when we try to offer that same compassion and care back to ourselves we find that it can be pretty tough.

Through various modalities including IFS, Gestalt, and Somatic/body-based approaches we can begin to better understand our pain points. I draw from the latest in attachment theory, neuroscience, and sensorimotor research to be able to provide a unique, client-led experience for you.
