If you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, or the lasting impacts of trauma, you don’t need to face it alone. In my Boulder-based practice I offer a supportive space where healing can unfold at your own pace.
I use an integrative approach that blends somatic skills, mindfulness, parts work, Gestalt, DBT, and CBT. Whether we’re exploring attachment wounds, regulation your nervous system, or making space for grief, I bring warmth, clarity, and a deep respect for your process. All of you is welcome.
